The liquid-cooled 250cc, single-cylinder engine is unchanged from the standard model, meaning it develops 26bhp@8,500rpm and 22.9Nm @ 7,000rpm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox.  The special edition variant will come equipped with ABS.
