The brand-new Activa Limited Edition has been launched by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI). The new scooter is being offered in two distinct variants- DLX and Smart. As for the prices, the Activa limited edition DLX variant costs Rs 80,734, while the higher-spec Smart variant has been priced at Rs 82,734. Both mentioned prices are ex-showroom. The bookings for the new edition are currently underway. Interested customers can visit their nearest Honda Red Wing dealerships, where the model is available for a limited period. Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, commented on the launch, saying, "Activa has revolutionized the Indian two-wheeler segment and delighted millions of Indians over the last two decades. Maintaining popularity across all age groups, it is India’s most loved scooter. We are confident that the launch of this new limited edition Activa will further excite our customers, especially the new generation buyers."

Honda Activa Limited Edition: Styling Cues
The visual appearance of the new Activa limited edition is what majorly sets it apart from the standard models. On the front apron and side panels, it sports honeycomb-like patterns and edgy stripes. Additionally, body-coloured grab rails, blacked-out alloy wheels, and a 3D 'Activa' decal are present on both sides. The scooter can be had in two exciting colours that are both exclusive to the limited edition model. These are Matte Steel Black Metallic and Pearl Siren Blue. Notably, it is the first product from HMSI to come with a dark colour scheme and Black chrome elements. While the DLX model sports alloy wheels, the Smart model includes the company's Smart Key feature.
Honda Activa Limited Edition: Mechanical Details
The engine and other components present in this limited edition model are the same as the ones found in the other versions. The scooter is propelled by a BS6, OBD-2 compliant 109.51cc, air-cooled engine that is capable of producing 7.73bhp of maximum power and 8.90Nm of peak torque. This unit is coupled to a CVT transmission setup. In terms of hardware, telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back support the scooter. Furthermore, the braking system consists of a drum at each end and a combined braking system (CBS).
Honda Activa Limited Edition: Features
The scooter has an external fuel filler cap, an engine start-stop switch, a silent starter, and a dual-function switch that opens the seat and external fuel lid. The keyless system, which provides access to multiple features is a further benefit of the H-Smart version.
Honda Activa Limited Edition: Warranty Package and Rivals
The two-wheeler manufacturer is offering a special 10-year warranty package for the Activa Limited Edition. This package comprises a three-year standard as well as a seven-year extended/optional warranty. Coming to its market rivals, the scooter competes against models like the Hero Maestro Edge and the TVS Jupiter.
