The Hero Pleasure+ Platinum edition arrives with snazzier looks, courtesy of a handful of visual tweaks.
Hero MotoCorp continues its pre-festive season launch spree today with the Pleasure+ Platinum edition. It's priced at ₹60,950 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes it the new range-topping version since it is more expensive than the alloy wheel variant (₹58,950) by ₹2,000.
For the extra money though, the Pleasure+ Platinum edition offers more retro appeal, thanks to some noticeable visual updates. It is on sale exclusively in a new Matte Black paint scheme and even gets the dual-tone treatment, with a Brown/Black combination. The dual-tone colour scheme has also been carried over to the seat that also gets 'Platinum' hot stamping.
The heavy dose of retro comes in the form of chrome-finished parts and panels, like the ORVMs (casing + stalks), silencer protector plate, handlebar ends, etc. Other changes/additions include a new backrest (with a chrome frame) instead of the standard grabrail, white taping on the wheel rims, stripe graphic on the front fender and 3D 'Pleasure+' badging.
In terms of features, a low fuel warning indicator is the only new addition. Mechanically, the Pleasure+ Platinum remains unchanged. It's powered by a 110cc single-cylinder fuel-injected motor that develops 8bhp @ 7,000rpm and 8.7Nm of torque @ 5,500rpm.
