The price hike ranges from as low as Rs 175 for the Hero HF Deluxe with the i3S going right up to Rs 3,350 for the Xtreme 200S. Prices of the recently launched Maestro Edge have gone up as well
Hero MotoCorp has announced a price hike across its range in light of increasing input costs. This is the second time in three months that the brand has revised the prices of its products. Hero’s entry-level offering, the HF 100 now demands Rs 50,900, which is roughly Rs 1,100 more than before. The HF Deluxe has also suffered a price hike ranging from Rs 175 for the Self Drum Alloy i3S variant going right up to Rs 800 for the Kick Drum Alloy/spoke trim. The model now ranges between Rs 52,700 to Rs 63,400.
The Hero Splendor Plus and the Splendor iSmart now demand roughly Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,650 more depending on the variant. The Splendor Plus now starts at Rs 64,850 while the base trim of the Splendor iSmart is priced at Rs 69,650. Prices of the Glamour, Super Splendor and the Xreme 160R have been revised in the range of Rs 1000 to Rs 2,370. There has also been a substantial hike of Rs 2,350 in the prices of the Xpulse and the Xpulse 200T and they now demand Rs 1,23,150 and Rs 1,20,650 respectively. Meanwhile, the Xtreme 200S is now priced at Rs 1,27,364, which is a substantial hike of Rs 3,350. Prices of the recently launched Glamour X-tec have been hiked by Rs 1,600 and it now starts at Rs 80,500.
Prices of Hero’s scooter range has gone up too. In fact, the recently launched Maestro Edge 125 is now priced Rs 1,200 to Rs 2,150 more than its launch price. The Maestro Edge base trim now carries a sticker price of Rs 73,450, with the top-end going right up to Rs 81,900. Prices of the Mestro Edge 110, Destini 125 and Pleasure Plus have all gone up in the range of Rs 800 to Rs 1,600 too.
