Hero Karizma XMR 210 Fully Leaked Ahead of India Debut, Launch Imminent
The 2023 Hero Karizma XMR will have a new, faired design. When it comes to the motorcycle's bicycle components, you can expect to see telescopic forks up front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the back.
The production-ready Hero Karizma XMR has been shown to dealers, suggesting its imminent launch after months of spy photos circulating on the internet. Several sightings of the motorbike have already occurred, and the company has just registered the names 'Karizma XMR' and 'Karizma XMR 210.' The latest avatar of Karizma is expected to be launched in the next two to three months. In 2003, Hero Honda debuted the first-generation Karizma as a premium option for the Indian market. The bike's high-displacement engine helped it quickly gain widespread popularity among the youth of the time. Despite a few generational changes over its lifetime, none of the Karizma's later versions was as successful as the original, and the motorcycle was ultimately decommissioned in 2019 due to low demand.

Hero Karizma XMR: Design
The new Karizma XMR departs visually from all other Hero products on the market today. Its split seat and fully-faired design suggest that it would be more ergonomically dedicated than previous Karizma versions or any other Hero model presently on the market. The alloy wheels are also brand-new components, as they have a completely different design.
We expect the Karizma XMR's alloy wheels to be fitted with thicker tyres than those seen on any other Hero product; given the machine's sporty nature, these tyres may even be radial. Despite its obvious sportiness, the Karizma XMR still features a middle stand, showing that it will not completely forego utility.
The Karizma XMR may be the first Hero product to have dual-channel ABS as standard equipment, for it has what seems to be ABS rings at both ends.

Hero Karizma XMR: Expected Engine & Price
The rumoured specs for the New Karizma XMR include a 6-speed gearbox and a 210cc liquid-cooled engine. Not much is known about the engine yet, but we may guess that it's capable of producing around 25bhp.
Given that Hero products are typically aggressively priced, one can expect the new bike to be priced at around Rs 1.8 lakh (ex-showroom). The Karizma XMR, due out soon, will compete with the likes of the Yamaha R15 V4, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, Bajaj Pulsar F250, and Yamaha FZ25.
