The Italian manufacturer, Ducati, has just showcased the latest iteration of the Multistrada 1260 Enduro, and it is sure to set hearts racing.

The Multistrada Enduro has gotten a big upgrade thanks to the new 1262cc engine, chassis upgrades and some new electrical systems. Essentially it is the same motorcycle as the Multistrada 1260, but it is now prepped to go on some hardcore off-road adventures.

The new Enduro gets spoked wheels – 19-inch at the front and 17-inch at the rear – and this makes the Multistrada 1260 Enduro perfect for long-distance adventure rides. The Enduro will also feature electronic semi-active Sachs suspension – with 185 mm of travel at both the front and the rear – and it also gets a 30-litre fuel tank, which will allow it to have a range of 450km, making it an unstoppable globetrotter on any terrain. The ergonomics are also now changed and the seat, handlebar and centre of gravity are now lower, allowing for greater off-road control.

Other features and tech packages on the new Enduro include the 6-axis Bosch Inertial Measurement Unit, Brembo braking system with Bosch Cornering ABS, 320 mm front discs with Brembo M4.32 4-piston radial monobloc calipers, Cruise Control, Riding Modes, Power Modes, Ducati Wheelie Control, Traction Control, Ducati Quick Shift and Vehicle Hold Control. The highlight of the bike si of course the Semi-active Sachs electronic suspension (front and rear) and the Ducati Skyhook Suspension Evolution.

There will also be plenty of accessories to choose from and there are also pre set packages like the touring pack, sport pack, urban pack and enduro pack. The new Enduro will also come in two colours and will be available towards the end of the year.
