The CCM Classic Tracker is all about flat tracking with the scrambler-style flat handlebar and 19-inch rims shod with road-legal Mitas flat tracking tyres.
UK-based CCM Motorcycles has unveiled its latest flat-track motorcycle. The new model is based on the brand’s existing lineup of flat-track motorcycles but with a few tweaks.
By design, a flat track motorcycle’s primary aim is to offer maximum utility to slide around a track with minimal bodywork. The new CCM Classic Tracker does just that with a purpose-built frame.
The Classic Tracker is powered by a 600cc single-cylinder motor that outputs 55bhp and 58Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension setup comes in the form of USD forks at the front with a monoshock setup at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a single disc at both ends.
It gets a scrambler-style flat handlebar and 19-inch rims shod with road-legal Mitas flat tracking tyres. Depending on the model you choose, you can have the rims in either black or gold finish. Furthermore, there is also a semi-perforated single seat and a new twin exit exhaust with carbon fibre finishing on the end caps.
The motorcycle has been priced at GBP 10,695 in the UK which roughly converts to Rs 10.20 lakh in India for the standard model and GBP 11,495 which converts to Rs 11.02 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top variant. The company has currently announced no plans of entering the Indian market.
