With the launch of the BS IV compliant versions of the Hayate EP and Let’s, the entire Suzuki Motorcycle India model range is now compliant with the upcoming BS IV emissions norms.
Suzuki has launched BS IV compliant versions of its Hayate EP motorcycle and Let’s scooter in a move to upgrade the above-mentioned models. As we know, all two-wheelers have to come with BS IV compliant emissions by April 2017 to comply with updated regulations. The launch of the BS IV Hayate EP and Let’s means that the entire Suzuki India’s two-wheeler line-up is now in compliance with the upcoming norms.
The Suzuki Let’s is powered by a 112cc single cylinder, air-cooled engine developing 8.4bhp @7,500 rpm and 8.8Nm of peak torque 6,500rpm and is mated to a CVT automatic gearbox. Suzuki’s Hayate EP comes with an air-cooled 113cc single cylinder engine developing 8.5bhp of max power @ 7,500 rpm and peak torque of 9.3Nm @ 5,000 rpm. It is mated to a four-speed gearbox.
The Suzuki Let’s BS IV retails at Rs. 47,272 (ex-showroom Delhi) while the Suzuki Hayate EP is priced at Rs. 52,754 (ex-showroom Delhi).
