Bharat Mobility Expo: At the first-ever Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 (scheduled between February 1 and 3), Hero MotoCorp has showcased its electric dirt bike under the Vida brand. While not much has been revealed about the Hero Vida electric dirt motorcycle, what can be seen in the image above is that it has a dirt bike silhouette with a flat seat, a tall front fender, as well as spoked wheels on both ends, with the front wheel being larger than the rear one. Both wheels come wrapped in off-road-biased tyres. Other bits include wide handlebars, a compact rear section, a pronounced bash plate, and 'Vida' branding on the sides.
Hero Vida Electric Dirt Bike: Hardware
Meanwhile, its battery pack comes nestled within the main frame. In terms of hardware, the suspension setup of the dirt bike comprises chunky upside-down forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear, whereas the braking duties are taken care of by disc brakes at both ends. However, it remains to be seen whether this Hero Vida dirt bike will be sold as a road-legal motorcycle.

New Hero XPulse 210 ADV Likely to Arrive This Year
Since the Xpulse 200 is currently the brand's most successful bike in the premium range, Hero is stretching itself and is preparing to launch the second-generation Xpulse in the Indian market. According to a previous set of spy shots that surfaced last year, expect the new adventure tourer to follow an evolutionary approach to its design, while most of the body panels, hardware parts, and underpinnings could be the same as the current version.
Coming to the heart of the matter, the new Hero XPulse 210 ADV will receive a more powerful liquid-cooled DOHC engine, which might make a difference in its performance. This new liquid-cooled engine, which is one of the Hero's firsts, powers the recently launched Hero Karizma XMR. For reference, a 210cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine on the Karizma makes about 25bhp (25.5 PS) at 9,250rpm and 20.4Nm of peak torque at 7,250rpm (highest in its class).
Hero Recent Unveils/Launches
The Hero Mavrick 440 has been recently unveiled in India. The brand-new offering from the two-wheeler maker is based on the same platform as the Harley-Davidson X440. Mechanically, it is powered by a 440cc oil-cooled single-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed transmission. However, to suit the bike's roadster persona, the engine has been tuned differently. The motor is good enough to belt out 36Nm of peak torque and 27bhp.
