Bajaj Pulsar NS125 ABS Variant Launched in India at Rs 1.07 Lakh
Bajaj Auto has launched a new ABS variant of the Pulsar NS125 in India at Rs 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike competes with the Hero Xtreme 125R and the TVS Raider 125.

Bajaj has consistently kept its popular Pulsar series up-to-date with the latest features and technology, ensuring it stays competitive in India's expanding motorcycle market. As part of this effort, the Pulsar NS125 has received an update with the addition of a single-channel ABS, improving its safety features. This update comes in the form of a new NS125 LED BT ABS model. Previously, the bike was only equipped with a combi-braking system (CBS). Besides this upgrade, the Pulsar NS125 remains largely unchanged. Alongside the NS160 and NS200, the updated Pulsar NS125 went on sale last year. The refreshed model features subtle design tweaks inspired by its larger counterparts. The core components, however, are unchanged.
The bike stands out with a new LCD instrument panel and a redesigned LED headlamp featuring LED DRLs and indicators. The headlamp cluster now features two vertically stacked LED units, flanked by striking lightning bolt-shaped DRLs. Additionally, the headlight cowl sports refined with sleeker lines.
Bajaj Pulsar NS125: Engine and Features
The Pulsar NS125 has a 125cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates a maximum power output of 11.8bhp at 8,500rpm and 11Nm at 7,000rpm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The bike is equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster with smartphone integration, enabling riders to keep track of their phone's battery, receive SMS and call alerts, and access other convenient features.
The NS125 is equipped with telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock unit at the rear. It sits on 17-inch wheels, with a seat height of 805mm and ground clearance of 179mm. The bike has a kerb weight of 144 kg.
The Pulsar NS125 with ABS, priced at Rs 1.07 lakh, stands as a strong contender against the Hero Xtreme 125R ABS, which costs Rs 1 lakh. It also competes with the TVS Raider SX, priced at Rs 1.04 lakh, though the Raider doesn't offer ABS. These are ex-showroom prices.
