Chakan-based manufacturer Bajaj recently updated the Pulsar N250 for the Indian market. With hardware and feature upgrades, the all-new motorcycle is now priced at Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom). Bajaj also offers the NS200 in the Pulsar category, which costs roughly Rs 7,507 more than the new N250 in India. We've already compared the Pulsar N250 to some of its biggest rivals, such as the Gixxer 250 and KTM Duke 250. Now we'll explore how the most recent Bajaj offering differs from its Pulsar sibling, the NS200 in multiple aspects.
Bajaj Pulsar N250 vs Pulsar NS200: Features and Dimensions
The new N250 and the NS200 from the Pulsar lineup share multiple features such as a fully digital instrument panel, Bluetooth connection with the Bajaj Ride Connect app, LED lighting, phone and message alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and a USB charging port.

Bajaj Pulsar N250 vs Pulsar NS200: Under the Hood
Despite having a bigger displacement capacity (249cc), the newly launched Pulsar N250 delivers a similar power output (24.1bhp) to the NS200 (199cc, 24.1bhp). This is because the latter is equipped with a liquid-cooled engine, in contrast to the N250's oil-cooled motor. However, due to its greater displacement, the N250 produces more peak torque. In terms of gearbox, the NS200 has a 6-speed unit, while the N250 has a 5-speed one. The latter is equipped with a slip-and-assist clutch.
Bajaj Pulsar N250 vs Pulsar NS200: Hardware
The N250's hardware consists of a 230mm rear disc, a monoshock with adjustable preload, a 300mm front disc, and a 37mm upside-down front fork. On the other hand, the NS200 is equipped with USD forks (front), a monoshock (rear), and disc brakes. Both Pulsars have 17-inch alloy wheels.
