For Indian customers, Bajaj Auto has rolled out the brand-new Chetak 3201 Special Edition in India. This newly introduced version of the electric scooter carries an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1.30 lakh. Based on the two-wheeler's top-spec Premium variant, the new EV version is currently available for purchase on Amazon. It is important to note after the special launch price period ends, the scooter's price will be hiked to Rs 1.40 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Chetak 3201 Special Edition has been improved upon in several ways compared to the model's base variant. To be more precise, it only comes in Brooklyn Black and features a 'Chetak' decal on the side panels. Moving on, to set the new edition apart from the standard Premium variant of the electric scooter, the homegrown manufacturer has introduced scuff plates and a dual-tone quilted seat for the Chetak 3201.

Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition: Mechanical Details
The Chetak 3201 Special Edition has a longer range but keeps the same 3.2kWh battery pack as the Premium variant. The special variant, according to Bajaj, has an improved range of up to 136 km on a single charge over the ARAI-certified 127 km of the Premium model. The top speed stays fixed at 73km/h, maintaining efficiency and performance in check.
Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition: Feature List
The Special Edition Chetak boasts a TFT display with customisable themes, turn-by-turn navigation, music control, and call alerts, among other amenities. Additionally, the model comes with the TecPac software package pre-installed, allowing for features like hill hold control and "Sport" ride mode.

Priced at Rs 1.30 lakh, the new Bajaj Chetak 3201 Special Edition is exclusively available on Amazon. There are several strong competitors in the market for this new electric scooter. It will go up against the likes of the TVS iQube S (priced at Rs 1.45 lakh), Ola S1 Pro (priced at Rs 1.34 lakh), and Ather Rizta Z (priced at Rs 1.45 lakh). All mentioned prices are ex-showroom figures.
