The KTM RC 390 rival known as the Aprilia RS 457 is now going to enter the Indian market. The entry-level Aprilia is said to be manufactured in India. In addition, India would be the Aprilia RS 457's maiden market. The brand-new model is set to make its official debut in the country tomorrow. Aprilia RS 457: Styling Cues and Hardware Components
Coming to the design elements on the bike, the Aprilia RS 457 has an aggressive fairing style comparable to that of its older sibling, the RS 660, in a striking way. Furthermore, the larger bike has sleek bodywork with LED lights and accentuating aero winglets. The front 41mm USD fork on the Aprilia RS 457 has 120mm of travel, and the rear monoshock has 130mm of travel. Preload adjustments will be available for both. A 320mm disc with a Bybre 4-piston radial calliper is mounted up front, and a 220mm disc with a single-piston floating calliper is positioned at the rear. The motorcycle has 17-inch wheels that are fitted with tyres measuring 110/70 in the front and 150/60 in the rear.
Aprilia RS 457: Engine and Performance
The parallel-twin engine of the new RS bike was created by the Italian manufacturer and is housed inside a rigid aluminum frame. The engine has four valves per cylinder and double overhead camshafts. The Aprilia RS 457 is expected to churn out a maximum power output of 47bhp; torque numbers have not yet been disclosed. A 6-speed transmission and quick-shifter are also included with the engine. The ride-by-wire throttle on the Aprilia RS 457 allows it to produce all the power with efficiency. Rain, Eco, and Sport are the three riding modes.
Aprilia RS 457: Features Onboard
The RS 457 has dual-channel ABS, three switchable levels of traction control, and a quick-shifter as an option in terms of features. The instrument cluster of the Aprilia RS 457 features a 5-inch TFT screen. The handlebar cluster jogs can be used to control the three available riding modes from the screen. Aside from having LED headlight and taillight, the Aprilia RS 457 has an appealing quality and finish. It further sports an elegant two-in-one exhaust, backlit switchgear controls, and a slender swingarm.

Aprilia RS 457: Expected Price
As per the above-mentioned details, the RS 457 is anticipated to be rolled out in the Indian market as a high-end motorbike with a predicted ex-showroom price falling anywhere between Rs 4 and 5 lakh.
