Suzuki Motorcycles India has refreshed its 2025 lineup, updating models like the V-Strom SX, Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, and Gixxer SF 250. These motorcycles now adhere to OBD-2B emission standards and offer new colour variants. The Gixxer 250 models are priced from Rs 1.98 lakh, while the Gixxer SF 250 starts at Rs 2.07 lakh. Both mentioned prices are ex-showroom. Customers can choose from three new paint jobs: a dual-tone Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, Metallic Mat Black No. 2, and a mix of Metallic Mat Black No. 2 and Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red. In addition, the engines have been upgraded to meet OBD-2B compliance.
2025 Suzuki Gixxer 250: Engine, Design, Hardware
The updated 250 comes with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 1.98 lakh, and bookings are now open, with deliveries expected to start soon. Apart from this revision, it remains identical to the previous model. The 2025 Gixxer 250 maintains the familiar design, including the flat LED headlamp, grab rails, robust fuel tank, LED taillights, a split seat, and extended tank extensions. As mentioned, it is available in three colour options: Pearl Glacier White, Metallic Mat Black No. 2, and Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red.

The bike is propelled by an OB2-compliant, 249cc single-cylinder unit. This engine develops 26.5bhp of maximum power at 9,500rpm and 22.2Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm and is coupled to a six-speed transmission. In terms of hardware, the Gixxer 250 features a preload-adjustable monoshock and a 41mm conventional telescopic fork. It is equipped with disc brakes on both ends (220mm rear and 300mm front) and comes standard with dual-channel ABS.
When it comes to features, the model boasts a Bluetooth-enabled digital console with functions like turn-by-turn navigation, missed call alerts, over-speed warnings, and ETA updates. There's also an optional 12V charging connector.
2025 Suzuki Gixxer SF 250: Key Specs
The 2025 iteration of the Gixxer SF 250 is available for Rs 2.07 lakh (starting, ex-showroom). This results in an increase of Rs 2,000 compared to the previous Ride Connect version. The new Gixxer SF 250 is available in three distinct colours: Metallic Mat Black No. 2, Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, and a combination of Metallic Mat Black No. 2 with Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red.
The bookings for the SF 250 have commenced as well. The model houses a 249cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine which produces 22.2Nm of torque at 7,300rpm and 26bhp of power at 9,300rpm, paired with a six-speed transmission. It also incorporates Suzuki’s proprietary oil cooling system, designed for high performance, long-term durability, and low maintenance. Weighing 161 kg, the Gixxer SF 250 has telescopic forks in the front and a monoshock suspension in the rear. It features dual-channel ABS and disc brakes at both ends for effective stopping power.

The bike’s design draws from previous GSX models, particularly the headlight cluster, while the sleek fairing shares similarities with its smaller-displacement siblings. The Gixxer SF 250 sports split seats, clip-on handlebars, full LED lighting, a twin-barrel exhaust, a single-sided muffler, and a fully digital LCD instrument cluster. Riding on 17-inch alloy wheels with double five spokes, the Gixxer SF 250 is fitted with a 110/70 tubeless tyre at the front and a 150/60 tyre at the rear, offering a ground clearance of 165mm.
