KTM has launched the 2025 versions of the 390 Adventure and 390 Adventure X in India. In addition to the updated 390 Adventure series, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has also introduced the 2025 version of the 250 Adventure. The ex-showroom prices stand at Rs 3.68 lakh for the 390 Adventure, Rs 2.91 lakh for the 390 Adventure X, and Rs 2.60 lakh for the 250 Adventure. The revamped models offer an all-new platform, improved performance, upgraded features, and a refreshed design. The 390 Adventure is aimed at riders looking for a capable bike for both on-road and off-road use, while the 390 Adventure X offers a more affordable option with fewer features. With these new releases, KTM looks to strengthen its presence in India’s adventure motorcycle market.
The 390 Adventure models are powered by a 399cc single-cylinder engine, sourced from the 390 Duke, which produces 46bhp and 39Nm of torque. It pairs with a six-speed gearbox and features a bidirectional quickshifter.
In terms of suspension, the bike has adjustable USD forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, along with disc brakes on both wheels. The 390 Adventure sports 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels. Meanwhile, the Adventure X variant comes with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup.

The 390 Adventure features a new trellis frame and an adventure-oriented design, taking cues from larger KTM models. The design elements comprise a transparent visor, a prominent windscreen, a high-mounted fender, a single-piece seat, and a signature headlight-DRL. The 390 Adventure sports wire-spoke wheels, while the Adventure X employs cast-alloy wheels.
On the tech side, the bike is equipped with a five-inch TFT dash with Bluetooth connectivity, all-LED lighting, cornering ABS, multiple riding modes, adjustable ABS, traction control, and off-road ABS.
The new 250 Adventure is built on the same base as the 390 Adventure, featuring a lightweight steel trellis frame and a separate subframe. It is propelled by a 249cc liquid-cooled engine producing 30.5bhp at 9,250rpm and 25Nm of torque at 7,250rpm, mated to a six-speed transmission. The bike comes with a bi-directional quickshifter, full-LED lighting, a five-inch TFT display offering Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, an LED projector headlight, and a ride-by-wire throttle.

The suspension setup includes non-adjustable WP Apex USD forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock, providing 200mm of travel at the front and 205mm at the rear. The bike offers a ground clearance of 227mm, an 825mm seat height, and a 14.5-litre fuel tank.
