KTM has updated the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO with modern features, a new design, and improved mechanical components. The bike is available in two colour schemes: white with black and orange with black. It has a sharp-looking fairing, boomerang-shaped LED DRLs, and a tall clear visor on top of the projector LED light. Other prominent highlights include a revised seat design, a storage compartment, and a radar system (located beneath the headlight) to facilitate the machine's improved rider assistance. While the bike's introduction in India is uncertain, global shipments are expected to begin early next year. The initial batch will be dispatched to markets such as North America and Europe. Internationally, the bike competes with a variety of models including the BMW R 1300 GS, Ducati Multistrada V4, and Triumph Tiger 1200.

2025 KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO: Engine
The mechanical department has seen the biggest improvement, with an enhanced engine displacement of 1,350cc (up from 1,300cc). The 1350cc 75-degree V-twin engine generates 170.63bhp at 9,500rpm and 145Nm at 8,000rpm. It comes with KTM's newest camshift technology, which automatically modifies lifts and valve timing according to riding circumstances. The inlet cams adapt for the best urban rideability at lower speeds and shift sideways for maximum performance at higher revs.
Another noteworthy feature of this section is the addition of an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), which makes the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO the first KTM with this capability. The unit enables the rider to select either a conventional manual shifting system using the foot lever or paddles positioned on the bar or a fully twist-and-go automated transmission.
2025 KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO: Chassis and Ergonomics
The frame used in the bike is identical to that of the previous version, but it is now modified and improved for greater rigidity. The footpegs are positioned 8mm lower and 10mm wider, resulting in enhanced rider comfort and broader knee angle.
The 1390 Super Adventure S EVOboasts the most recent version of the WP Semi-Active Technology suspension, which contains modern PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) sensors and a revolutionary through-rod fork structure (containing features of both open and closed cartridge suspension types). This results in a more consistent damping response at higher frequencies and improved precision.
KTM also offers the Suspension Pro Package, which features suspension settings like Pro, Anti-Dive, Auto, and Off-road dampening modes in addition to the older bike's Street, Sport, Comfort, and Rain modes.
