Kawasaki has launched the 2025 Ninja 1100SX in India, priced at Rs 13.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle is a new addition to the brand’s sport-touring lineup, offering a balance of performance and practicality. Powered by a robust inline-four engine, it delivers strong performance with smooth handling. Key features include multiple ride modes, traction control, and a modern TFT display with smartphone connectivity. Designed for both daily use and long-distance touring, it offers a comfortable riding position and improved aerodynamics. With its advanced features and competitive pricing, the Ninja 1100SX is aimed at riders looking for a reliable, high-performance bike that is equally capable on highways and city roads. The bike is available for booking at any authorised Kawasaki dealership, with a token amount of Rs 1 lakh. 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX: Design and Dimensions

The 2025 model takes over as the successor to the well-regarded Ninja 1000SX, which was phased out in February this year. In terms of design, the 2025 Ninja 1100SX remains largely unchanged from its predecessors. The aggressive front fairing with dual LED headlights, along with the side and tail sections, are identical.

As for its dimensions, the Kawasaki bike features a 1,440mm wheelbase, 135mm ground clearance, an 820mm seat height, and a 19-litre fuel tank capacity. In India, the 1000SX can be had in a single variant and is available in the Metallic Matte Graphene Steel Gray and Metallic Diablo Black colour schemes.

2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX: Engine

On the mechanical front, the bike is propelled by a 1,099cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine, producing 135bhp of maximum power at 9,000rpm and 113Nm of peak torque at 7,600rpm. While power has decreased by 7bhp compared to the previous model, the torque has been slightly increased from 111Nm to 113Nm. Kawasaki has also updated the gearing, with taller 5th and 6th gears for enhanced comfort and fuel efficiency.

2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX: Features and Hardware Components

The Ninja SX1100, positioned as Kawasaki’s flagship Ninja, comes loaded with cutting-edge features. Its 4.3-inch TFT display offers two layout options and provides detailed riding metrics, including lean angles, G-force readings, and other performance data, catering to sport-oriented riders.

For added convenience, the bike is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, integrated navigation through the Kawasaki Rideology app, a USB Type-C charging port, as well as voice command functionality. Moving on, the advanced electronics package comprises cruise control, power settings, cornering-enhanced traction control, four riding modes (Rain, Sport, and Road), a customisable rider mode, and a bi-directional quick-shifter.

The SX1100 employs the same chassis as the earlier 1000SX, supported by fully adjustable 41mm inverted forks for compression, rebound, and preload, along with a rear monoshock offering preload and rebound adjustments. Braking performance comes from dual 300mm discs up front and a larger 260mm rotor at the rear, backed by dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, now fitted with updated Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres.
