Indian Motorcycle has taken the wraps off its ultra-premium 2025 Challenger Elite and Pursuit Elite limited edition models, marking their global debut. Designed for riders who demand exclusivity, performance, and long-distance comfort, both motorcycles feature the brand’s signature PowerPlus and Thunderstroke V-Twin engines. With only a select number of units to be produced worldwide, these limited-run tourers boast bespoke styling elements, premium finishes, and advanced touring technology. The 2025 Challenger Elite impresses with its aggressive design and power-packed performance, while the Pursuit Elite stands out for its luxurious touring credentials.
Commenting on the special edition models, Aaron Jax, Vice President, Indian Motorcycle, said, 'Our Indian Motorcycle Elite series enables our designers to fully showcase their skills, creating bikes that exemplify the artistry and craftsmanship behind every Indian Motorcycle model. Every detail within the Indian Challenger Elite and Indian Pursuit Elite is meticulously designed, while a multi-layered painting process takes 24 hours to complete. A distinctive American style, with an obsessive attention to detail, paired with a limited production of each model, makes the Indian Motorcycle Elite series the ultimate in style and exclusivity.'
Indian Motorcycle has unveiled the 2025 editions of its Challenger Elite and Pursuit Elite models – two limited-run luxury tourers built to reflect the brand’s historic legacy and modern engineering prowess. The Challenger Elite draws inspiration from the legendary racer Gene “Alabama Flash” Walker, who made headlines in 1920 riding an Indian PowerPlus to earn the title of the fastest man alive. The motorcycle wears a striking red-and-white colour scheme divided by a bold black stripe, enhanced with metallic glass elements and exclusive emblems. Every unit is individually numbered, reinforcing its rarity.

The Pursuit Elite, meanwhile, nods to Indian's military history, commemorating the delivery of 20,000 PowerPlus bikes to the U.S. Army in 1916. It arrives dressed in a military-inspired black and green combination, accented with hand-detailed gold striping, Dark Horse elements, and distinctive PowerPlus engine casings. Like its counterpart, it also sports a numbered console, confirming its limited-edition status.
Underneath their exclusive paintwork, both machines are powered by the brand’s liquid-cooled PowerPlus 112 V-twin engine, producing 126bhp and 181.4Nm of torque. Engineered for smooth torque delivery and strong performance across the gear range, the motor delivers confident, rapid acceleration and steady cruising capability.
Technology takes centre stage with a 7-inch RIDE COMMAND system that offers detailed bike metrics, Bluetooth integration, and ride mode selection. Riders also gain access to RIDE COMMAND+ features, such as a bike-tracking locator for added convenience, real-time GPS navigation, and Apple CarPlay. Rear suspension preload can be electronically adjusted.
Both motorcycles benefit from advanced rider aids integrated into Indian’s SmartLean Technology package, which includes features such as wet-condition collision alerts, hill hold assist, blind spot monitoring, and a combined braking system. Additional equipment includes adjustable windshields (manual on the Challenger, electronic on the Pursuit), a Pathfinder Adaptive LED headlight, keyless start, USB charging, and cruise control. Heated grips and a custom-stitched, colour-matched heated seat are exclusive to the Pursuit Elite.
In terms of practicality, the Challenger Elite offers a total of 68 litres of storage space, while the Pursuit Elite boasts over 140 litres.

These motorcycles are positioned as global exclusives. Availability is extremely limited – only 350 units of the Challenger and 250 of the Pursuit will be produced worldwide, making them prized acquisitions for touring connoisseurs.
