TVS has launched the 2024 iteration of its flagship Apache RR 310 in the Indian market. With prices starting at Rs 2.75 lakh (ex-showroom), the updated TVS Apache RR 310 gets segment-first aerodynamic winglets on its side fairing, thereby increasing stability and reducing drag. While the powertrain remains the same – a 312cc DOHC single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox, the new Apache RR 310 delivers more power and torque than before.
TVS has updated the engine with lighter forged pistons, a larger air box, a bigger throttle body, and increased volumetric efficiency. As a result, the new RR 310 makes 37bhp at 9,800rpm and 29Nm of peak torque at 7,900rpm. TVS says that 0-100km/h acceleration time is 0.43 seconds quicker than before. Another update is in the form of a bi-directional quick-shifter, a feature already offered with the RTR 310.
