2024 Bajaj Chetak Premium: Battery and Performance
The new 3.2kWh battery pack, which has an IDC claimed range of 127-kilometre, is the biggest modification. A 0 to 100 per cent charge now takes 4 hours and 30 minutes due to the increase in battery capacity and the corresponding increase in charging time. That's probably because the new battery has a larger capacity than the earlier model's 2.88kWh unit. Additionally, the electric scooter's maximum speed has increased to 73km/h from 63km/h.
The Premium variant from Bajaj also comes with an 800W charger, enabling the Chetak to reach a range of 15.6-kilometre in just 30 minutes. The new model also has self-cancelling blinkers, control switches for the left and right, an electronic handle lock, and a seat opening switch. In order to make the product more practical, the manufacturer has also expanded the boot space of the Chetak.
2024 Bajaj Chetak Premium: Feature Updates
The new 5-inch TFT instrument console, which finally puts the Chetak Premium on par with other models in its segment, is another significant improvement to the vehicle's feature set.
When Chetak Premium customers choose the TecPac, they gain access to a plethora of extra functions, including reverse mode, onscreen music controls, call alerts, hill hold control, turn-by-turn navigation, and the ability to customise the display's theme. These features can also be made available in the Urbane model with this optional package.

2024 Bajaj Chetak Premium, Urbane: Design, Colour Options and Rivals
The aesthetic language of the earlier iterations of the EV is maintained in the Bajaj Chetak electric scooter. It features circular LED headlamps and a metal body with rounded edges. The two-wheeler's apron is equipped with symmetrical LED lights. Three colour options—Indigo Blue, Brooklyn Black, and Hazelnut—will be offered for the 2024 Bajaj Chetak Premium. Meanwhile, Coarse Grey, Cyber White, Brooklyn Black, and Indigo Metallic Blue are the four shades available for the Urbane trim.
As far as its rivals in the Indian market are concerned, the Bajaj Chetak goes up against the likes of the TVS iQube Electric, the Ola S1, and the Ather 450S.
