With a focus on the premium segment, Yamaha has recently launched the 2023 versions of the Aerox 155, the MT-15 V2, the R15 V4, and the R15S in the Indian market. Now, the updated Aerox 155 scooter can be had with traction control system (TCS), which helps minimise wheelspin and maximise performance. It becomes the first scooter in its segment to come equipped with TCS, according to the company. Alongside the 2023 Aerox 155, the updated versions of the MT-15 V2, the R15 V4, and the R15S have also been launched with new colour options and a host of new features. Interested buyers have to shell out at least Rs 1.43 lakh (Rs 1,42,800) for the latest Aerox 155 maxi-sports scooter. As for the other three, prices of the MT-15 V2, the R15 V4, and the R15S stand at Rs 1.65 lakh, Rs 1.86 lakh, and Rs 1.63 lakh, respectively. All prices are ex-showroom.

2023 Yamaha Aerox 155: Price, Engine, Colours
The new Yamaha Aerox 155 with first-in-class traction control system is priced at Rs 1.43 lakh (ex-showroom). More than that, the updated scooter now is E20-fuel ready and OBD II-compliant (onboard diagnostics), as confirmed by Yamaha. It uses a new-generation 155cc Blue Core engine that comes with variable valve actuation (VVA) and is compatible with a CVT transmission. Its liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC (single overhead camshaft), 4-valve motor churns out 14.8bhp of maximum power at 8,000rpm and 13.9Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.
On the feature front, the 2023 Aerox 155 is available with a hazard switch as a standard feature along with a brand-new Silver colour option. Moreover, it also features a single-channel ABS and a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth.

2023 Yamaha MT-15 V2: Price, Features, Colours
The 2023 Yamaha MT-15 V2 comes in two variants: Bluetooth-enabled and non-Bluetooth-equipped. The Bluetooth-enabled variant (Y-Connect) includes call alert, SMS, phone battery level, last parked location, an e-mail alert, and so on. Furthermore, the latest MT-15 V2 variant continues to use dual-channel ABS (anti-braking system) for added safety and traction control system for better control and performance. Like the 2023 Aerox 155, it also meets OBD-II compliance.
Coming to its colour options, customers have two new different colour schemes to choose from - Dark Matte Blue and Metallic Black. The Yamaha MT-15 V2 starts at Rs 1.65 lakh and goes up to Rs 1.69 lakh. Prices are ex-showroom. The prices vary depending on the colour choices.
2023 Yamaha R15 V4 and R15S: Price, Engine, Features, Colours
Speaking of the last two models, the Yamaha R15 V4 and the R15S are priced at Rs 1.86 lakh and Rs 1.63 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. Yamaha offers the 2023 R15 V4 in new Intensity White colour and existing Racing Blue colour. Now, it can be had with Quick Shifter as a new feature. On the other hand, the R15S gets a racing-inspired LED display and is OBD-II compliant.

Like the MT-15 V2, both the R15 V4 and the R15S are powered by a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, 4-valve, 155cc engine that comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch. The OBD-II compliant engine churns out 18.4bhp of power at 10,000rpm and 14.2Nm of torque at 7,500rpm.
