Skoda Kylaq Engine

The Kylaq has a 999cc engine with three inline cylinders and four valves per cylinder configuration. It is a fuel-efficient TSI engine that delivers a thrilling driving experience without compromising on efficiency. The SUV generates a peak power and torque of 114bhp at 5000-5500 rpm and 178 Nm at 1750-4500 rpm, respectively.

The front end of the Kylaq SUV flaunts sleek daytime running lights and trapezium-shaped headlamps. It has a stylish grille with black vertical slats and a chrome lower bumper. The side profile exhibits a stylish wheel design, chrome door handles, black window surrounds, and black side cladding. It also features roof rails, a shark fin antenna, and a rear diffuser. The tail lamps are in an “L” shape and there is also a high-mounted stop lamp.

This five-seater car is furnished with six-way electrically adjustable and ventilated front seats. It comes with a single-pane sunroof that lets the external breeze enter the cabin when needed. The cabin of the car further incorporates an eight-inch instrument cluster and a 10-inch infotainment system. It has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity features to connect the phone with the infotainment. The car also has a wireless phone charger and two USB C-sockets. In addition, it gets a Cimatronic automatic air conditioner that ensures maximum comfort by electronically controlling the temperature.

Skoda Kylaq Safety Features

On the safety front, it includes six airbags, seat belt warnings, and a tyre pressure monitoring system, among others. The car is equipped with over 25 active and passive safety features, as stated by the manufacturer.

Skoda Kylaq Variants and Colours

Currently, Skoda has launched only a single – Classic – variant of the Kylaq SUV. The available colour options are Olive Gold, Tornado Red, Carbon Steel, Brilliant Silver, and Candy White.

Skoda Kylaq Delivery Date

The carmaker has already started accepting bookings for this vehicle. The deliveries are to start from 27 January 2025.
