The Renault Kiger facelift is expected to have an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 6.50 lakh. In terms of its launch timeline, the updated model is set to debut by Q3 2025.

Renault India has launched an updated RXT (O) MT Variant of the Kiger in India at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It has also announced a range of offers on the RXZ version of the SUV.

French carmaker Renault has introduced Limited Edition variants for all its models – the Kwid, Triber and Kiger. These Limited Edition variants will be available at no extra cost and feature cosmetic updates to make the vehicles stand out.

Based on Renault-Nissan’s CMFA+ platform, the Kiger will be powered by a 1.0-litre petrol heart that will be offered in two states of tune and three transmission options. Scheduled to be launched in March, the Kiger is likely to be priced starting Rs 5.5 lakh

In November last year, Renault had showcased the much-anticipated but slightly delayed Kiger compact SUV in its concept form. Renault has now confirmed that the production-spec Kiger will make its global debut in India on 28th January. 

Based on Renault’s CMFA+ platform, the Kiger is a global product that will first make its debut in India. The production-spec model is likely to be showcased around in early 2021, with the market launch to follow soon after

To replicate the Triber's success, Renault is now planning to launch a sub-4m compact SUV in India based on the Triber's underpinnings. Likely to be called the Kiger (codenamed HBC), it is expected to arrive sometime during the festive season this year.
