This Macan EV gets two permanent magnet synchronous motors which have been placed at the front and rear axles, respectively. They draw power from a 100kWh lithium-ion battery that is housed under the floor pan. This setup belts out a peak power and torque of 621bhp and 1130 Nm, respectively. These deliveries are transferred to the drivetrain through a single-speed automatic transmission system.
