This car is equipped with two permanent magnet synchronous motors, placed one at each front and the rear axles, drawing power from a 66.5 kWh lithium-ion battery placed under the floor pan. It churns out a maximum power of 225bhp and 390 Nm to offer a sprint of 0-100 km/h within 8 seconds, as stated by the manufacturer. The top speed of the Mercedes EQB is said to go up to 160 km/h and it delivers a driving range of up to 423 km as asserted by the WLTP.
