1. 30 August 2024: Maserati has introduced the second-generation GranTurismo grand tourer in India.
2. 29 August 2024: Maserati is ready to launch the new GranTurismo in India on August 30, 2024. The new GranTurismo will be offered in three global variants: Modena, Trofeo, and Folgore.

Maserati GranTurismo Engine and Transmission

This car is powered by a 2992cc engine with six cylinders in V-shape and dual overhead camshaft configuration. It generates a maximum power and torque of 483-542bhp at 6500 rpm and 650 Nm at 2500 rpm, respectively. The engine is mated to an eight-speed transmission system with paddle shifters and sport mode, for smooth and effortless gearshifts.

Maserati GranTurismo Performance

The GranTurismo achieves an acceleration of 0-100 km/h within 3.5-3.9 seconds. The top speed of the car goes up to 302 km/h.

Maserati GranTurismo Specifications

The Maserati coupe features a chassis that offers dynamic performance and agility. Its suspension setup includes a double-wishbone suspension at the front and a multi-link system at the rear. This configuration provides precise handling and a smooth ride quality. Its all-wheel-drive further enhances the driving experience.

The car rides on a 20-inch front alloy wheel with a 265mm wide tyre and a 21-inch rear wheel with a 295mm wide tyre. These high-performance tubeless radial tyres lead to optimal grip. Furthermore, the braking system includes ventilated, cross-drilled disc brakes with Brembo callipers, to offer exceptional stopping power and heat dissipation.

The GranTurismo car has a length of 4966mm, a width of 1957mm, and a height of 1353mm. It has a wheelbase of 2929mm and a kerb weight of 1795 kg. The car’s boot space is 310 litres and its fuel tank capacity is 70 litres.

The Maserati GranTurismo features an elegant yet aggressive exterior design. Its sleek, aerodynamic silhouette flaunts flowing lines and sculpted curves to enhance the car’s aesthetics and performance. The signature Maserati grille with vertical slats and the trident emblem dominates the front fascia. The grille is flanked by angular LED headlights with daytime running lights. Additionally, it exhibits a long hood, muscular fenders, and low stance which adds to its athletic appeal.

The rear end showcases stylish and striking LED taillights and dual exhaust outlets, enhancing its sporty character.

Maserati GranTurismo Interior

The cabin of the car is furnished with leather upholstery with 10-way electrically adjustable front seats. The rear seats are two-way manually adjustable and all seats have ventilation and heating features. It includes a perforated leather steering wheel with heating features. It has a dual-zone automatic air conditioner with individual fan speed control and vents behind the front arm rest. There are two 12-V power outlets, driver armrests storage, and a cooled glovebox that provide convenience during the drive.

The cockpit is futuristic and incorporates a 12.3-inch digital display and an 8.8-inch central display. You can also have an optional head-up display that shows you the information without deviating from the path ahead.

Maserati GranTurismo Safety Features

The car has several safety features, such as overspeed warnings, six airbags, and emergency brake light flashing. It has rear middle three-point seatbelts, rear middle headrest, and a tyre pressure monitoring system. In addition, it includes child seat anchor points and seat belt warning, among many other safety features.
