It features a semi-active suspension system that delivers agile handling and enhanced comfort. The front suspension comprises an independent McPherson i-Link strut while the rear is a five-link independent suspension. Both suspensions include a stabilizer bar. The EV rolls on 19-inch alloy wheels wearing radial tyres of 245mm width. On the braking front, the car gets all disc brakes, providing precise stopping power.

It features a sleek exterior design with a triangular headlamp and connected daytime running lights. The sculpted body lines and chrome window belt line offer it a sporty character. The flowing down roofline confirms its coupe design while the closed-off grille confirms its born-electric character.

The XEV 9E further flaunts flush door handles and dual-tone rear-view mirrors with integrated blinkers. The bonnet is sculpted and boasts Mahindra Electric’s logo. In the rear, it exhibits a connecting tail light, a roof-mounted shark fin antenna, and a high-mounted stop lamp.

The cabin of this Mahindra SUV accommodates five passengers and has a boot space of 663 litres. It has a triple-screen cockpit with 12.3-inch high-resolution displays along with an augmented reality head-up display. It also gets a Harman Kordon sound system and an infinity roof with light-me-up ambient lighting. The cabin includes rear screens with connectivity options to access the same media on all the screens. The car’s MAIA system offers the feasibility of transforming the cabin into an office space or entertainment hub. The NVH levels are best-in-class and it has multi-drive modes too. It comes equipped with Level-2+ ADAS. It boasts five radars and twelve ultrasonic sensors to sense and alert about objects and beings on its way. It gets hill assist, hill descent control, traction control system, speed alert, tyre pressure monitor, and seat belt warning.
