The Citroen eC3 received a zero-star rating for adult occupant protection with 20.86 points out of 34, while it got 10.55 points out of 49 in the child occupant protection test.

Following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with BluSmart, Citroen announced that it would give the electric mobility startup 4,000 eC3 hatchbacks for a 12-month term.

The French automaker has introduced the new Citroen e-C3 for the European market. The electric model will go on sale in the second quarter of 2024 in Europe.

The Citroen eC3, which was launched in February 2023, is the electric version of the C3 hatchback and is available in two trim levels: Live and Feel. The electric model has received a hike of up to Rs 25,000. Except for the Live variant, all other versions have received a uniform price hike.
