Citroen C3 Hatchback Gets New Cosmo Blue Paint Job in India, Zesty Orange Shade Discontinued
Citroen India used to provide Zesty Orange paintwork for the roof in a couple of dual-tone options. The new Cosmo Blue shade has replaced the orange hue even when it comes to dual-tone colours.
With the C3 hatchback, which is the company's most affordable model in India, Citroen India has quietly added a new paint job. A fresh colourway called Cosmo Blue, which was carried over from the French carmaker's larger C3 Aircross SUV, is now offered for the Citroen C3. On the other hand, the popular Zesty Orange colour scheme has been discontinued. The latest Cosmo Blue shade is offered in both monochromatic and dual-tone hues, the latter of which features ORVMs and a Polar white roof to provide a pleasing contrast. It is important to note that the car now comes with seven dual-tone and four monotone exterior colour options. These include Steel Grey, Platinum Grey, Polar White, and the recently debuted Cosmo Blue. With prices starting at Rs 6.16 lakh (ex-showroom), this upgrade seeks to improve the visual appeal for clients.
Citroen C3 Hatchback: Variants and Exterior
The C3, which comes in three different trim levels—Live, Feel, and Shine—is made to accommodate a wide range of customer demands and price points. Citroen India hopes to improve its standing in the cutthroat hatchback market by providing potential customers with an even more alluring product with the launch of new colours.
The Citroen model hasn't seen any additional modifications save the colour upgrade. Regarding the "Vibe" accessory pack, the ORVM housings, front door inserts, rear reflector unit surrounds, and front fog lamp surrounds are all decked out in orange. While the Cosmo Blue shade has taken its place on the dual-tone versions, the orange highlights are still the only thing visible in the single-tone paint shade's Vibe pack.
