BYD Seal Powertrain and Transmission

This electric car is equipped with a performance-oriented permanent synchronous electric motor drawing power from a 61.44kWh battery. It’s a cutting-edge setup that blends power, efficiency, and environmental consciousness, offering exhilarating acceleration with eco-friendliness. It belts out a peak power and torque of 201bhp and 310 Nm, respectively. The higher variants boast 82.56kWh battery and deliver better power and torque. These deliveries are transferred to the wheels through an automatic transmission system.

BYD Seal Riding Range

The manufacturer claimed the BYD Seal range to be 510km for the base variant and 650km for mid variant. The top variant goes 580 km on a fully charged battery.

BYD Seal Specifications

The suspension system and brakes play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and safe ride. The BYD Seal EV incorporates double-wishbone front suspension and multi-link rear suspension, which provides optimal comfort and control.
