TVS XL 100 Comfort Exterior Details

The TVS XL 100 is essentially a utilitarian two-wheeler capable of carrying heavy loads. In the latest iteration, the two-wheeler has received several cosmetic and mechanical upgrades. The moped now gets beige details and highlights, LED DRL lights, chrome bits and retro styling. The latest Comfort variant also gets a retro-style headlight cowl and new colours. The TVS XL 100 Comfort is small in size, with dimensions being 1895mm in length, 670mm in width, and 1077mm in height.

TVS XL 100 Comfort Engine & Transmission

The TVS XL 100 Comfort gets a 99.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which has seen updates for BS6 emission norms. The latest engine gets fuel injection instead of a carburettor set up with the latest updates in emissions. The small engine puts down 4.4PS and 6.5Nm of peak torque. Thanks to the new fuel injected set up, the latest TVS XL 100 now offers better mileage, of 67kmpl.

TVS XL 100 Comfort Handling

The TVS XL 100's small engine is tuned to carry heavy loads. So TVS has designed the XL 100, keeping that in mind. The moped has neutral ergonomics and a light kerb weight of 88kgs. Braking duties in the TVS XL 100 Comfort are performed by 110mm drum brakes front and rear. For safety, the two-wheeler also gets Synchronized Braking Technology. That said, the drum brakes do lack bite. These are married to thin spoked rims front and rear with tubed tyres.  

TVS XL 100 Comfort Features

The TVS XL 100 doesn't get a lot of features. TVS meant it to be a utilitarian two-wheeler, and that's essentially how they've kept it. However, with its rise in popularity, TVS have noticed and given the latest variants of the TVS XL 100 a few updates. The new TVS XL 100 Comfort variant gets new colour schemes and a retro cowl. Lighting is Halogen, but the latest XL100 does get an LED DRL on the front. The two-wheeler also gets a USB charging port and beige details throughout the bodywork.

TVS XL 100 Comfort Price & Variants 

The TVS XL 100 Comfort comes in two variants and is available in seven colours. The TVS XL 100 Comfort Kick Start variant is priced at ₹40,990 (Ex-Showroom) and the TVS XL 100 Comfort i-Touch Start variant is priced at ₹50,009 (Ex-Showroom).
