The TVS Apache RTR 160 gets a 159.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine with SOHC configuration and injection-based fuel delivery system. It churns out a maximum of 15.82bhp power at 8750 RPM and 13.85 Nm of peak torque at 7000 RPM. These figures vary based on the ride mode, you are riding in. Further, the power is sent to the rear wheel via a five-speed manual gearbox.

This Apache new model is based on a double cradle synchro stiff chassis. Its suspension duties are handled by telescopic front forks and gas-filled monotube inverted rear shock absorbers with spring aids. The wheel setup is coupled with a 270mm disc and a 130mm drum for the front and the rear, respectively.

This Apache 160 bike flaunts a muscular design with an aggressive and faired fuel tank and an imposing headlamp. The fuel tank boasts a brand logo and graphics while the head lamp is flanked by oval-shaped blinkers. The tail lamp is also engineered to intimidate when you lead the track or road.

The motorbike features an Alcantara racing single seat with a stepped design to provide ultimate comfort. The lower end showcases an engine guard and the side profile exhibits a slightly upswept exhaust pipe. Furthermore, it displays a split pillion grab bar, a rear reflector, and aluminium brake and clutch levers.

The TVS Apache RTR 160 new model comes with an LED headlamp and an LED taillamp, as for its electricals. Furthermore, this two-wheeler sports LED DRLs on top of both sides of the headlamp to give it a beast-like eye. The instrument cluster, on the other hand, is an analogue unit for the tachometer backed by a digital display. The digital display includes a speedometer, odometer, and a host of other useful information. Moreover, this vehicle has an anti-lock braking system and engine and ABS ride modes.
