1. 05 October 2024: Suzuki launches the GSX-8R in India. It comes with Dunlop RoadSport 2 tyres and a parallel twin engine that delivers up to 82bhp.

The GSX-8R is powered by a 776cc parallel-twin engine that uses a 270-degree firing order and cross-balancer system. It generates wonderful power of up to 81.8bhp at 8500 rpm and peak torque of 78 Nm at 6800 rpm. These deliveries lead to an exhilarating performance. The engine is mated to a six-speed constant mesh manual transmission system and wet multi-plate clutch system.
