It delivers a peak power of 6 kWh which is enough to transport two passengers and some household goods. Speaking of battery charging, it can be charged in nearly 5 hours with a portable 750W charger.
The Ola S1 Air electric scooter gets an automatic transmission system that provides ease while navigating through city traffic. The suspension setup of the vehicle includes a twin telescopic front fork and a dual-shock rear suspension. Further, this two-wheeler is provided with steel wheels and both drum brakes accompanied by a combi braking system (CBS). The CBS ensures the application of both brakes on the depression of only one lever, providing safer stopping power.
In terms of performance, this newly launched scooter is wonderful for daily city commutes. The manufacturer claims that it achieves an acceleration of 0-40 km/h within 3.3 seconds and 0-60 km/h within 5.7 seconds. Further, the top speed of the vehicle is said to be 90 km/h and the riding range is 151 km. However, the true range of the vehicle is nearly 100 km in normal mode and 125 km in eco mode.
