OLA Roadster Pro Powertrain and Transmission

The Roadster Pro comes with two Lithium-ion battery options – an 8 kWh and a 16 kWh. Either of the battery, depending upon the variant, gets linked with an electric motor belting out a maximum power of 52000W. The powertrain is mated to an automatic transmission system to transfer the power to the wheels.

This Ola bike provides a maximum torque of 105 Nm that leads a wonderful acceleration. Its top speed goes up to 154 km/h with the smallest battery and 194 km/h with the 16-kWh battery.

OLA Roadster Pro Riding Range

The base variant delivers a range of 316 km on a single charge while the top variant delivers 579 km. These batteries can be charged in 3.7 hours and 7.5 hours, respectively, with a fast charger.

This motorcycle is built on a steel frame and has USD front forks and mono-shock absorbers in the rear. It is equipped with alloy wheels sporting the radial tubeless tyres at both ends. The braking duties are taken care of by the disc brakes at both ends. It also includes a dual-channel anti-lock braking system that provides precise stopping power and optimum control.

The Roadster Pro electric motorcycle flaunts a sporty exterior furnished with shiny metal elements. The front end exhibits a sleek headlamp along with a striking daytime running light setup. The turn indicators are sleek and they flank the headlight housing. The multidimensional rear-view mirrors are mounted on the handlebar. The side profile features plain silver-tone elements on both the sides. The seat is stepped and boasts a split pillion grab bar. The powertrain is covered by black housing while the rear-side gives a naked bike look. The rear profile showcases a low-positioned sleek tail light flanked by the three-point turn indicators.

This electric two-wheeler has a 10-inch TFT touch screen display that provides all essential rider information. It also has navigation maps, integrated games, video streaming features,  and 5G/Wi-Fi connectivity features. The bike has LED lighting system providing better visibility at night. It gets four ride modes – Hyper, Sports, Normal, and Eco. Additionally, it has an advanced driver assistance system such as collision warning and advanced in-house ABS. It also has a cornering ABS, an advanced traction control system, and wheelie and Stoppie prevention system.

The Roadster Pro also has an automatic heating and cooling feature for seat and grip temperature adjustments. Moreover, this vehicle gets Rade mode which is a software enabled performance setting to optimise capabilities on the race tracks.
