The Italian two-wheeler manufacturer, Piaggio, launched several platforms together in India this year. Famously known for its Aprilia lineup of scooters and motorcycles, Piaggio also introduced its Moto Guzzi branded ADV Tourer in India, the Moto Guzzi V85 TT. The Moto Guzzi V85 TT has very ADV-style features since it's an offering in that segment. The all-terrain motorcycle gets a large fuel tank, a touring-style adjustable windscreen, and large spoke wheels with dual-sport tyres. The bike also gets a classic-retro design with retro style twin headlights and vibrant colour schemes.

Moto Guzzi V85 TT Engine & Transmission

The 2021 Moto Guzzi V85 is powered by an 853cc air-cooled, V-Twin engine. The bike can put down 76PS of power at 7500rpm and 82Nm of torque at 5000rpm. While torque figures have increased from the bike's outgoing variant, power figures have seen a significant drop, perhaps due to updated emission norms. However, Moto Guzzi says the bike now produces better low and mid-range torque. Supporting the bike is a shaft drive transmission and ABS.

For its handling duties, the Moto Guzzi V85 TT gets 41mm USD forks on the front that get adjustable extension and preload. The rear is supported by a preload-adjustable mono-shock. For its latest variant, the V85 gets new rims and tyres. For safety, the bike gets multi-level ABS and traction control.

The Moto Guzzi V85 TT sports rather retro looks. But don't let the Italian's affinity for classic looks fool you, the V85 packs its fair share of electronics and modern touches. The bike gets multi-level traction control and ABS, controllable by the bike's riding modes. The Italian ADV gets three riding modes and to control the features, a coloured TFT screen display. Other features include cruise control settings, and the display is even compatible with Bluetooth multimedia features.
