As mentioned above that the RC390 comes with refined power, where does it get the power from? It comes from the proven 373cc liquid-cooled FI single-cylinder engine that pumps out a maximum power of 42.9bhp at 9000 rpm and a peak torque of 37 Nm at 7000 rpm, with the help of its four valves operated by a dual overhead camshaft. These power figures help this KTM bike to achieve a top speed of 170 km/h.
Further, the engine gets coupled with a six-speed manual transmission system mediated by an assist and slipper clutch. This clutch system helps in effortless clutch depression and an easy ride experience by means of not forcing you to focus much on the clutch while downshifting or braking, which aids in improving fuel efficiency also. By the way, the ARAI-claimed KTM RC 390 mileage is 29 km/l which is variable in different ride conditions.
Moving on to other specifications, it gets 43mm USD forks in the front and adjustable mono-shock rear suspension, which offer illustrious stability and precision.
