Kawasaki Ninja H2R Exterior Details

The flagship motorcycle of the Japanese brand, the Kawasaki Ninja H2, is legendary in its own right, being the design inspiration now for Kawasaki's entire fully-faired line-up. The styling of the latest 2021 Kawasaki Ninja H2R is the same as before. The bike gets aerodynamic winglets on either side of the fairing. It has additional winglets where the mirrors usually are since the track-spec version of the bike doesn't need them. In keeping up with its track-spec design, the bike doesn't get a headlight or any turn indicators either. The bike gets a special mirror finish paint scheme, and track-spec slick tyres as well.

Kawasaki Ninja H2R Engine & Transmission

The Kawasaki Ninja H2R uses a supercharged, 998cc liquid-cooled, inline-four-cylinder engine. The bike puts down a massive 305.7bhp at 14000rpm and 165Nm of peak torque at 12500rpm. The power is capable of going up to 321.8bhp with a RAM Air intake. The behemoth engine is supported by a slipper and assist clutch that also gets an up and down quick shifter as standard. For safety, the bike gets a complete suite of rider aids, including Bosch-IMU supported cornering ABS. The high-performance motorcycle uses a minimum of 95RON rated fuel.

Kawasaki Ninja H2R Handling

To handle its super-charged high-performance engine, the Kawasaki Ninja H2R gets top of the line hardware. The bike gets 43mm USD forks up front and an Ohlins TTX36 gas-charged monoshock on the rear end. Both suspension components are fully adjustable, and the front forks are supported by an Ohlins electronic steering damper as well. Stopping power is provided by twin 330mm discs supported by Brembo M50 Monobloc callipers on the front. The rear gets a single 250mm disc and a two-piston Brembo calliper.  

Kawasaki Ninja H2R Features

The track-spec Kawasaki Ninja H2R gets a series of features to make the bike as track-ready and track-safe as possible. The highly detailed six-axis IMU supported rider aid suite allows riders to get away with minor errors efficiently. The bike gets Kawasaki Cornering Management Function that enables the rider to set maximum banking details and monitor the motorcycle's banking angle. Other state-of-the-art features include traction control, wheelie control, slide control, launch control, and engine brake control, as well as cornering ABS. Furthermore, the bike's paint schemed gets a special Mirror coating that enables minor scratches on the bike's surface to heal themselves.
