Hop Electric LEO Exterior Details

The Hop Electric Leo features a comfortable and sporty scooter silhouette. It gets popping elements and an aggressive design language. It is significantly larger than its sibling, the Lyf. The scooter gets larger dimensions, a larger floorboard, and more storage space, including front storage as well as under-seat storage. A lot of LED lighting is part of the design as well, with handlebar fairing-mounted lights as well as an apron-mounted larger unit.

Hop Electric LEO Engine & Transmission

The Hop Electric Leo gets a PMSM motor capable of 250W for the base variant and a motor capable of 2500W in the standard and extended variants. These motors are mated with a 1.48kWh Lithium-ion battery on the base model and the standard variant, while the Extended variant runs a dual Lithium-ion battery setup worth 2.4kWh. The top-end extended variant's dual battery setup effectively gives it a range of 125km on a single full charge. The top-end Hop Electric Leo Extended variant can put down a top speed of 50kmph.

Hop Electric LEO Handling

Handling the Hop Electric Leo is a telescopic fork setup on the front end. The rear gets a hydraulic spring-loaded shock setup. Stopping power is provided by a disc and drum combination, assisted by E-ABS for safety. Like its sibling, the Leo gets regenerative braking and a reverse gear also.  

Hop Electric LEO Features

When it comes to features, the Hop Electric Leo has quite a few. The scooter gets LED lighting throughout, complete with rear winkers, buzzer flash support and DRLs in the headlight. The scooter also gets a removable battery, and three riding modes (Eco, City, Sport), controllable by an LED-backlit LCD screen. Electronic features include park assist, reverse gear, side stand sensor, mobile USB charger, a remote key with keyless ignition and an Anti-Theft alarm. Optional Anti-Theft wheel locks are available as well. The display can be integrated with Hop Electric's mobile app, and internet and GPS connectivity are also available in the scooter.

The Hop Electric Leo gets three variants and five colours. The Hop Electric Leo Basic, priced at ₹81999 (Ex-Showroom), Hop Electric Leo Standard variant, priced at ₹95999 (Ex-Showroom) and the top end Hop Electric Leo Extended, priced at ₹95999 as well (Ex-Showroom). The four colour schemes available are Pearl Blue, Red Gloss, Bold Black, Silver Shine and White.
