This street bike comes equipped with a BS-6 compliant four-stroke air-cooled spark ignition 100cc engine having a single cylinder with two-valve operability. It pumps out a maximum power of 7.61bhp and a peak torque of 8.05 Nm to propel the vehicle with the help of a four-speed manual transmission system. The ARAI-certified Honda Shine 100 mileage is 65 km/l which might vary with changing road conditions and ride styles.

The other specifications of the motorcycle include telescopic front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, alloy wheels, and both drum brakes. Furthermore, it is built on a tubular frame chassis by providing a wheelbase of 1245mm, a ground clearance of 168mm, and a seat height of 786mm.
