Honda Motorcycles & Scooter India has issued a recall for Africa Twin motorcycles made between February and October 2022.

The brand-new Honda Africa Twin Adventure Roads version has a bold tricolour paint job and a variety of protective add-ons, such as radiator guards, fog lights, crash and engine bars, and fog lights.

The 1,084cc parallel-twin cylinder engine powering the 2024 Honda Africa Twin is the same as before, with a few upgrades over the previous edition. The motor now churns out 7 per cent more torque.

The front wheel on the 2024 Africa Twin Adventure Sports model is now 19 inches in size instead of 21 inches. Riders who primarily utilise these bikes for long-distance trips on paved roads will benefit from this update.

Honda Motorcycles has launched the 2022 Africa Twin Adventure Sports in India, with prices starting from ₹16.01 lakh. Bookings for the motorcycle can be made at BigWing Topline dealerships in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, Kochi, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Honda's flagship adventure tourer, the Africa Twin, gets a new paint scheme for 2019. The motorcycle will be sold through 22 Honda Wing World dealers across the country. Bookings are open, but only 50 units will be available.

Honda brought in the Africa Twin to India exactly a year ago. The company had only got a limited number of units which were sold out rather quickly. Earlier this year, at the Auto Expo 2018, Honda showcased an updated version of the Africa Twin.

Honda's flagship adventure tourer gets more adventurous with a new variant, while the standard version gets more goodies. Wraps have come off the 2018 Honda Africa Twin at the ongoing EICMA motorcycle show.
