The Activa 125 is powered by a FI BS-VI compliant 123.9cc single-cylinder air-cooled Engine. It produces a peak power and torque of 8.28bhp at 6250 rpm and 10.5Nm at 5000 rpm. The fuel-injected engine is mated to a CVT automatic transmission that transfers the power to the wheel.

The updated scooter sports a cleaner and sharper design language. It flaunts a wide headlamp and wide turn indicators placed on the front panel flanking a chrome element. The front fender is sculpted and the rear-view mirror design is traditional. The side profile exhibits a single-seat design, long floorboard, and chrome elements on the side panels featuring the model name. The rear end showcases a wide tail lamp with a chrome element that splits it horizontally, making an H-shape by blending the indicators.

This Honda scooter comes with a plethora of electronic features. In terms of safety, the scooter comes with CBS as standard. The new semi-digital instrument cluster displays essential information such as real-time fuel efficiency, range, odometer, speed, side-stand warning, and overall mileage. While the front is equipped with an LED lamp, the rear makes do with a conventional bulb. Furthermore, it has a front glove box, FI technology, and an external fuel-filler cap.
