This Hero Scooty is powered by a 124.6cc air-cooled four-stroke SI engine with a fuel injector ignition system. It develops slightly higher peak power and torque than those of the 110cc version. It generates up to 9.8bhp of power at 7250 rpm and 10.4 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. These deliveries are transmitted to the wheel through a CVT automatic gearbox accompanied by a dry centrifugal clutch system.

The Xoom 125 resembles a bit to its smaller counterpart. However, it boasts a unique identity attributed to its distinct appearance and styling, drawing inspiration from ‘falcon in flight’. Unlike the X-shaped light characteristic of the 110 model, the 125 showcases a split taillight and an angular LED headlight. Furthermore, it adopts a similar multi-colour scheme with a glossy metallic red finish seen on the scooter displayed at EICMA. Besides, the wheels feature finely crafted thin spokes. The scooter also exhibits a single-seat design with a split pillion grab bar and multi-elemental side panels.

It includes a digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, the segment’s first sequential LED indicators, and all-LED lighting. Moreover, it has an illuminated start button, remote external fuel lid opening, i3S technology, and many other essential features.
