Hero Super Splendor Engine and Transmission

The Super Splendor is powered by a 124.7cc engine, becoming the most powerful Splendor model from the brand. It is a single-cylinder engine that provides exceptional performance through notable power delivery and wonderful acceleration. It develops a peak power and torque of 10.72bhp at 7500 rpm and 10.6 Nm at 6000 rpm, respectively. The power transmission happens through a five-speed constant mesh gearbox with a wet multi-plate clutch system.

Hero Super Splendor Mileage

The mileage of Super Splendor is claimed to be above 55 km/l. In terms of fuel efficiency, this motorcycle is one of the best two-wheelers in the Indian market. 

Hero Super Splendor Specifications

The Super Splendor bike sits on a tubular diamond frame chassis. Its suspension setup includes telescopic hydraulic front shockers and five-step adjustable telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers in the rear. This Hero motorcycle rides on 18-inch wheels with 80mm wide front and 90mm wide rear tyre. Furthermore, the braking setup incorporates 130mm drum brakes in the front and rear. There is also a variant with a front disc brake of 240mm, enhancing the precision of stopping power.

Hero Super Splendor Dimensions

The Super Splendor new model has a length of 2042mm, a width of 740mm, and a height of 1102mm. It has a wheelbase of 1273mm and a ground clearance of 180mm, providing an efficient rideability. The seat height of this two-wheeler is 799mm and its kerb weight is 122-123 kg. Further, it has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres.

Hero Super Splendor Exterior Design and Elements

The exterior design of the new Super Splendor is minimalist and ergonomic. In the front, it flaunts a wide headlamp flanked by kite-shaped turn indicators. The visor is transparent and black, providing wind protection while riding. The front fender is full-sized while the wheels are five-spoke alloys. In addition, the Super Splendor 125 cc exhibits a sculpted fuel tank and sharp-lined underbelly panels. The seat design is single but stepped and the silencer is cone-shaped sporting a metallic cover.

In the rear, the motorbike showcases a wide tail lamp, a pillion grab bar, and blinkers.

Hero Super Splendor Features

The Super Splendor BS6 comes with a twin-pod instrument cluster, divided into an analogue speedometer and a fuel gauge. On the electrical front, the headlamp and the tail lamp are both fitted with conventional halogen bulbs. It also gets Hero’s i3s technology that helps in increasing fuel efficiency. Furthermore, it boasts a USB charging port to keep the mobile phone charged on the go. For safety, it gets a side stand cut-off feature that shuts the engine if the side stand is on.

Hero Super Splendor Variants and Colours

The manufacturer sells the 125cc Super Splendor in two variants – Drum Alloy and Disc Alloy. The colour options available for this bike are Candy Blazing Red, Black with Force Silver, and Black with Polestar Blue.
