The Scrambler 1100 does resemble the smaller capacity Scramblers in terms of appearance. The Scrambler 1100 is 2,190mm in length, 895mm in width, and 1,330mm in height. The bike has a fuel capacity of 15-litres while the kerb weight is a hefty 189kg.

Ducati Scrambler 1100 Engine & Transmission

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 features a 1,079cc twin-cylinder air-cooled engine, which produces 84.48bhp of power and 88Nm of torque. The engine is compliant with BS-VI emission standards and comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox which works in sync with a slipper-clutch to ensure smoother downshifts. The bike is built around a tubular steel trellis chassis, and its suspension duties are managed by Marzocchi fully adjustable upside-down forks at the front and a Kayaba pre-load & rebound adjustable monoshock at the back. The bike comes with a 320mm disc at the front and a 245mm disc at the rear with ABS as standard across the range. It gets a Pirelli MT 60 RS 120/70 ZR 18 tyre at the front and a Pirelli MT 60 RS 180/55 ZR 17 tyre at the rear.

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 new model comes with a five-level traction control system and three riding modes – Active, Touring and City. The bike also comes with an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and Bosch Cornering ABS, which is controlled by the traction control system. Moreover, it also packs a round LED headlamp with LED DRLs and an LED taillamp as part of the feature list. The instrument cluster is fully-digital, which shows a speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, odometer and other readings.
