Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro Highlights
The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro is essentially a hardcore off-road biased version of the Multistrada 1260. As it is built around the same platform, the Enduro stays more or less identical to the regular Multistrada. So what’s changed? In terms of aesthetics, it now has a new dual-tone paint, a colossal 19-inch wheel shod with knobby off-road tyre up front and a bigger 30-litre fuel tank. Additionally, the Multistrada 1260 Enduro gets a host of new electronic features and a recalibrated suspension on both ends.
Exterior Details
The Multistrada 1260 Enduro remains more or less unchanged when compared to the regular-spec Multistrada – both overall silhouette and exterior dimensions are identical to the regular bike. The Multistrada 1260 Enduro has a seat height of 860mm and a wheelbase of 1,592mm. It has a fuel carrying capacity of 30 litres and weighs 254kg.
Engine & Transmission
The Ducati Multistrada 1260 boasts a 1,262cc V-twin motor, which is capable of churning out 153.8bhp of power and 128Nm of torque. In addition, the liquid-cooled engine comes mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. About 85 per cent of the torque is available from as low as 4,000rpm, and the throttle response has also been reworked for smoother riding experience.
Mileage
The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro has a claimed fuel efficiency of 18.18km/l, and it reaches a top speed of 149km/h.
Handling
As it is an off-road spec motorcycle, the Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro glides over bad roads and dismisses gravel fantastically, thanks to the Pirelli Scorpion tyres – 120/70 R19 at the front and 170/60 R17 at the rear. The Enduro sits on a recalibrated tubular steel trellis frame, while suspension duties are handled by upside-down forks at the front and a spring pre-load adjustment setup at the back. Furthermore, the braking duties are followed by twin 320mm discs up front and a 265mm disc out back.
Features
The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro new model comes loaded with a raft of electronic aids, which include Ducati wheelie control, Ducati traction control, Bosch cornering ABS, Ducati Quick shift, ride-by-wire throttle, and cornering lights. It also gets a 5-inch TFT display for instrumentation. As for the electricals, the Ducati comes with an LED headlamp at the front and an LED tail lamp at the rear.

The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro comes in a single variant. The Ducati Multistrada 1260 Enduro price (as of mid-2019) is ₹19.99 lakh for the Standard variant.
