BGauss RUV350 Powertrain and Transmission

This electric two-wheeler is equipped with a 3kWh lithium-ion battery. A permanent magnet synchronous motor draws power from it and transfers it to the wheels through an automatic transmission system. The maximum power and torque, it belts out, is 3500W and 165 Nm, respectively.

BGauss RUV350 Riding Range

With a strong battery, the RUV350 delivers a range of 90 km on a single charge. The max variant is said to go up to 120-135 km on the same charge. Riders get a portable charger that charges the battery fully in nearly 2 hours and 35 minutes.

BGauss RUV350 Performance

This BGauss electric scooter is capable of achieving a top speed of 75 Km. It can carry a load of up to 150 kg and climb inclines of up to 18 degrees.

BGauss RUV350 Specifications

The BGauss RUV350 sits on a tubular frame and full metal body, good for rugged use. It has telescopic front forks and a single hydraulic rear suspension with five-step adjustability. It rides on 16-inch big alloy wheels sporting 80mm and 90mm wide tubeless tyres in the front and rear, respectively. The braking setup incorporates 130mm drums at both ends, offering optimum stopping power.

The RUV350 electric scooter has a length of 1928mm, a width of 697mm, and an overall height of 1200mm. It has a wheelbase of 1335mm, a ground clearance of 160mm, and a seat height of 785mm. The kerb weight of the vehicle stands at 122 kg.

BGauss RUV350 Exterior Design and Elements

The front end of the scooter flaunts a hexagonal LED headlamp surrounded by a chrome element, making it look elegant. The three-dot LED turn indicators are placed on the handlebar head, flanking the headlight. The front panel has a shiny black element in the centre that houses the brand logo and gives a contrasting look.  The floorboard is a bit shorter but good enough to keep a couple of carry bags. There is also a glovebox and carry bag hanger. The seat is single but comfortable and it has a sturdy pillion grab bar included. The underseat panels exhibit graphics that also include the model name. The rear wheel is covered by a guard on the left to avoid the leg or cloth stuck in the wheel. The tail section showcases a striking oval-shaped tail light, a kite-shaped sleek turn indicators, and a number plate illumination light.

The BGauss RUV350 has a five-inch smart TFT display that also has mobile connectivity features, giving a tech-savvy feel. It also has a combi braking system that applies stopping power on both wheels on depressing only one lever. The scooter also has a roll-over detection feature that cuts off the acceleration on detection of such situations. Additionally, it boasts cruise control, hill hold control, regenerative braking system, fall sense, and side and main stand sensors.
