This scooter comes equipped with a hub drive BLDC motor connected to the 2.5kW swappable lithium-ion battery to generate a maximum power of 2500W on the wheels. The vehicle also gets a 72 V smart controller to control the acceleration and speed of the scooter. The rated top speed of this Aura electric scooter is 60 km/h while the maximum driving range is 120 km if ridden in the eco mode. Further, it is capable of climbing a steepness of 18 degrees and carrying a load of 248 kg.

Talking about the battery charging, it can be charged in nearly four hours with a 72V/10AS charger, as stated by the manufacturer.

Other specifications of this scooter are telescopic suspensions, 12-inch alloy wheels with radial tubeless tyres of 90/90-12 size, and a front disc brake and rear drum brake. The design of the Benling Aura electric scooter is inspired by Old Italian scooters. It has a circular movable headlamp and wing-like turn indicators on both sides of the nose which are guarded by metallic chrome protectors. Furthermore, it exhibits a one-piece flat seat with pillion back support that has an integrated carrier and a peeking-out tail light along with a triangular turn indicator protected by chrome metallic guards. Moreover, it has a foldable footpad for the single-side sitting pillion occupant.

This scooter has been equipped with many convenience features like a USB charging port to charge mobile phones and other gadgets, a push start-stop button, and four speed modes namely Low, Eco, Sports, and Turbo. This Benling scooter also has a regenerative braking system that conserves the kinetic energy developed through braking into the battery by converting it into electric energy instead of letting it turn into heat and get wasted. It also gets an anti-theft alarm to prevent the theft of the vehicle, a smart breakdown assistance system to detect and notify about possible faults in order to help avoid the breakdown, a smart parking assistance system to aid while parking the vehicle, side stand sensor to help avoid any accident due to downed stand by means of alerting the rider, and a smart key with a remote controller. Moreover, the Aura electric scooter gets an intelligent digital speedometer console with a digital trip meter and low battery indicator.
