The Pulsar N160 comes with an oil-cooled four-stroke engine of 164.82cc with a single-cylinder and two-valve configuration. It has an injection-based fuel delivery system and a constant-mesh five-speed transmission system along with a wet multi-plate clutch system. The engine develops a maximum power of 15.68bhp at 8750 rpm and a peak torque of 14.65 Nm at 6750 rpm.

This Bajaj N160 has been built on a tubular frame chassis. It has a 37mm telescopic front suspension on a dual-channel-ABS variant and a 31mm telescopic suspension on a single-channel-ABS variant. In the rear, both variants get mono-shock rear suspension with Nitrox while the wheel size is 17-inch. The front wheel sports a 100mm wide tubeless tyre and the rear one sports a 130mm wide tubeless tyre. Furthermore, the braking setup incorporates both disc brakes with single or dual-channel ABS, based on the variant.

It also showcases signature naked wolf LED daytime running lights and turn indicators peeking from the instrument console.

The motorcycle further features a dual-tone two-piece edgy front fender, rear wheel huggers, sturdy black leg guards, and edgy fairings. The seat and pillion grab bar have split design while there is also a metal grille saree guard.

Furthermore, it has a USB-based mobile charger to keep the phone battery charged while on a ride.
