MotoGP: KTM and Tech3 Reveal 2025 RC16 Liveries for 2025 Season
KTM will run four factory-spec RC16 MotoGP bikes in 2025, with two in its factory team and two in Tech3, which enters its seventh season with the brand.
KTM has revealed its new Red Bull factory livery for the 2025 MotoGP season, unifying the look of its factory team and Tech3 satellite squad. This marks KTM’s ninth season in MotoGP since its 2017 debut. However, the launch comes at a challenging time, with a crucial restructuring vote set for 25 February, just before the season begins. While KTM is committed to 2025, its long-term future in MotoGP remains uncertain.
For 2025, KTM will field four factory-spec RC16 bikes—two for its factory team and two for Tech3, now in its seventh season with the Austrian brand. Rookie sensation Pedro Acosta joins experienced race winner Brad Binder in the factory team, while Tech3 adds Maverick Viñales from Aprilia and Enea Bastianini from Ducati.

Both teams will race in Red Bull KTM colours, with slight branding differences. Tech3’s bikes will feature Motul sponsorship on the lower fairing, while the factory squad will display Mobil 1 logos.
Despite not winning a race in the last three seasons, KTM finished second in the 2024 constructors’ standings. With a stronger rider line-up and full factory backing, the team aims to break its winless streak and challenge for victories in 2025.
Pit Beirer, KTM Motorsports Director: ‘There have been many questions but we have been clear since the last day of the 2024 season: we are here to race and we are very serious about success in this fantastic championship that spreads motorcycling and motorcycle racing to many corners of the world.
‘2025 has started strongly for us with the important Dakar victory and also winning in AMA Supercross, now it is a real pleasure to present our MotoGP teams and see our bike ready to race for the ninth year in a row. Competition is such a big part of KTM’s DNA and we are committed. For the coming season and with Brad, Pedro, Enea and Maverick as well as all the experience and knowledge in the pitboxes there is a lot of positivity and adrenaline to get started. This season could be massive for us, and I hope it will be.’
